Both Certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are welcome to apply, including Clinical Fellows seeking valuable hands-on experience. Supervision details for SLPAs are being finalized to ensure high-quality support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California SLP or SLPA license (required)
• School-based experience is preferred, providing confidence navigating IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual Spanish skills a plus, though not mandatory
• Comfort and enthusiasm working with elementary students
• SLPs with CCC credentials or Clinical Fellows encouraged
• SLPAs welcome; supervision arrangements pending confirmation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to elementary students on your assigned caseload
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
