Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of California
• Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred, though passionate new graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy sessions to meet diverse student needs in a school setting
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy for a diverse K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and foster a positive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed
