Part-Time Outside Sales Representative – RV Industry

Location: Tampa Bay, Florida
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week
Compensation: $18 per hour plus commission and mileage reimbursement
Job Type: Part-time, W-2, field-based

Applicants must currently reside in Florida and live within reasonable daily driving distance of the assigned Tampa Bay territory. This is an in-person field position and is not remote. We are not considering candidates who need to relocate at this time.

The Opportunity

RV Service Now is a new mobile RV repair company bringing professional, white-glove service directly to RV owners. We are hiring a confident, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with RV parks, campgrounds, storage facilities, and other local referral partners.

This is a true outbound prospecting position. You will independently visit businesses, introduce RV Service Now, identify decision-makers, develop referral relationships, and generate customer appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, and storage facilities within your assigned territory
• Visit a minimum of seven prospective or existing partner locations each week
• Introduce our services to managers, owners, and other decision-makers
• Build lasting referral relationships with local businesses and RV communities
• Follow up consistently with prospective partners
• Distribute marketing materials and represent RV Service Now professionally
• Generate qualified customer appointments
• Track visits, contacts, follow-ups, and results
• Attend occasional RV events, rallies, or community activities

Compensation and Incentives

• $18 per hour for approximately 25 hours per week
• $25 for every qualified appointment you set
• Set 15 or more appointments in a month, and the incentive increases to $50 for every appointment set that month
• Incentives are uncapped
• Business mileage is reimbursed

Who We’re Looking For

The right candidate is comfortable walking into unfamiliar businesses, starting conversations, handling rejection, and following up until a relationship is established.

You should have:

• Outbound sales, field marketing, route sales, business development, or prospecting experience
• A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your territory independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation, a valid Florida driver’s license, and a good driving record
• Basic comfort using a smartphone, tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekend events or visits

Experience with RVs, campgrounds, storage facilities, hospitality, automotive sales, or local community outreach is preferred but not required.
