In this position, the Senior Account Executive will conduct virtual consultations with working families, assess their coverage needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and guide clients through enrollment. The role includes maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, handling account inquiries, and providing policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected. Day-to-day tasks involve managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, meeting performance targets, and documenting all client interactions in CRM systems.
