Warranty & Service Coordinator

We are seeking a customer-focused Warranty & Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for service and warranty requests. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely case resolution. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person requests Create and manage service and warranty cases in CRM (Salesforce) Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians and resources Communicate with customers to gather details, provide updates, and close cases Order and track parts, materials, and tools needed for service completion Prepare service routes and coordinate logistics including equipment and third-party support Maintain organized records of requests, schedules, and communications Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and prepare quotes/invoices Qualifications Previous customer service or dispatching experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Chinese a must Why Join Us?
