Click here to access.Time Type:Full timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:SalesJob Description Summary:To lead effort in executing an effective Breakthru Beverage approach to sourcing, tagging, and evaluating new account outlets.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Lead activation of new premise accounts, consumer strategies, and insure the delivery of business goals.Employ strategies that strengthen position to be the wholesaler of choice in the accounts opening.Coordinate with IT and Credit to ensure proper and timely set-up of all new accounts.Act as liaison for new account during set-up process and transition to assigned salesPunch orders for new high-profile accounts during the transition to the assigned sales teamManage and evaluate through Trade Development all promotional spending by account priority with regards to performance and implement corrective business building actions.Organize tasting and sales pitches to new accountsFacilitate how we source, tag, and engage with all new accounts; a unified Breakthru Beverage approach.Manage the maintenance behind new account channel tagging.Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public and responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Business PlanningProficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation softwareMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlinesAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Previous sales experienceTrade Marketing knowledge of On SaleProficient in use of social mediaPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate and operate a computer and telephone.Competencies:Accountable for results which impact the department.Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/ solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
