Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and account research skills
- Experience utilizing computer systems to document and resolve customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask across phone, email, chat, and other service channels
- Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
- Banking or financial services experience
Plusses:
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar banking systems
- Experience supporting customers through email, chat, and social media channels
- Sales referral or cross-selling experience
- Loan servicing or deposit account experience
Day-to-Day:
- Answer customer inquiries related to banking products and services
- Support customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media
- Resolve account and loan-related inquiries through research and troubleshooting
- Perform account maintenance and transaction activities
- Identify referral opportunities and connect customers with sales partners
- Escalate complex customer issues when appropriate
- Maintain product, policy, and procedure knowledge
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service while striving for first-contact resolution
