This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1-2 years of sales experience who is eager to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support laboratories, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and distributors.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and partnering with field sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals, purchasing departments and healthcare customers.
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations and solutions.
* Promote and sell Azer Scientific's portfolio of life science, clinical laboratory consumables, specimen collection products, laboratory equipment, and related supplies.
* Generate quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications Required:

* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 1-2 years of inside sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales experience.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience selling laboratory, healthcare, medical, scientific, life science, or diagnostic products.
* Knowledge of clinical laboratory, research laboratory, or healthcare environments.
* Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM software.
