Fresh Tax Solutions is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an organized, energetic, and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to help us build an exceptional team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also enjoys supporting HR, payroll, onboarding, and office operations. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top talent while ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Oversee employee onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing (experience preferred).
• Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Help coordinate company events, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) is a plus.
• HR experience is a strong plus.
• Administrative or executive support experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
