We are looking for a strategic leader to guide sales training and operational support for our Human Health team in Sunrise, Florida. This position blends learning and development, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination to help employees ramp quickly, strengthen performance, and maintain consistent execution across the sales organization. The ideal candidate brings strong coaching ability, operational insight, and a data-informed approach to improving both individual effectiveness and team results.

Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding programs for newly hired sales employees, delivering instruction on products, sales approaches, company practices, and key technologies needed for early success.
• Support new team members through their ramp-up period by providing hands-on coaching, performance feedback, and structured guidance as they transition into full sales responsibilities.
• Design and manage training initiatives that reinforce company culture, deepen product understanding, and strengthen consultative selling skills across the sales organization.
• Evaluate training quality and business impact by reviewing performance trends, identifying knowledge gaps, and refining learning content or delivery methods when outcomes fall short of expectations.
• Partner with sales leadership to analyze results, pinpoint development needs for individual team members, and create documented coaching plans that address targeted skill gaps.
• Track the effectiveness of training programs through reporting, call review observations, and performance documentation to ensure learning efforts align with organizational goals.
• Produce and maintain training materials such as guides, scripts, reference documents, and multimedia resources that support consistent messaging and execution.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for sales systems and reporting tools, including dashboard creation, forecasting support, pipeline visibility, e-learning administration, and process documentation updates.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, finance, and related teams to help resolve order, pricing, inventory, and customer support issues that affect sales execution and client experience.
• Contribute to sales growth and team development by assisting with promotional materials, monitoring campaign results, participating in recruiting activities, and attending industry events as needed.• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and four to six years of relevant experience in sales training, sales operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to both individuals and groups.
• Experience working effectively across departments and building productive relationships with employees and leaders at multiple levels.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with skill in managing competing priorities and workflow demands.
• Adaptability and sound judgment in fast-changing environments, with a proactive and team-oriented approach to execution.
• Confidence working with sales data, reporting tools, and operational systems to monitor performance and support business decisions.
• Background in operations management, logistics, warehouse coordination, pharmaceutical or healthcare-related products, or sales support is highly valued.
