Clarity Wellness Center is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as an Outpatient Therapy Specialist. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, you will be responsible for various important tasks, including:

• Collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to report on client progress and address any immediate concerns related to patient care.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records, including assessment and progress notes, in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Developing individualized treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments, ensuring evidence-based interventions are employed for optimal client outcomes.
• Providing individual counseling and crisis intervention to clients, assessing emotional and behavioral challenges and implementing appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Facilitating discharge planning and care coordination efforts with clients and their support systems, ensuring a seamless transition to additional care resources as needed.
• Consulting with families and support networks to collaboratively create effective treatment and discharge plans that consider the holistic needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily emphasizes outpatient therapy for a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that respect their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current LCSW licensure is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, specifically providing direct clinical services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and telehealth platforms for documentation and client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client caseloads effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with underserved populations and knowledge of cultural competency in mental health services.
• Proficiency in teletherapy tools and techniques, enhancing the delivery of care in a virtual setting.
• Background in crisis intervention and effective conflict resolution strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Clarity Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
