Customer Success Manager
H2 Corporation is an AI-native company modernizing one of the largest and most underserved industries in the world: construction. Founded in Tokyo in 2020 and now expanding globally, H2 is building the next generation AI-powered system of record for quoting and orders for the $13T global construction industry. Our AIS Platform automates takeoff, estimation and quoting, and orders workflows for the largest construction enterprises, helping the industry address a generational labor shortage with AI-driven productivity.
H2 is building AI-driven automation for the construction industry our AISekisan platform automates takeoff and estimating, replacing slow, error-prone manual workflows for distributors, manufacturers, and subcontractors. We're hiring our second Customer Success Manager to own the deployment and adoption of our largest industrial enterprise accounts ($500K+ ACV). You'll step into late-stage UAT and go-live for high-stakes rollouts, secure frontline estimator adoption, protect concentrated revenue, and refine H2's first reproducible enterprise onboarding playbook from the ground up. This is a full-time position based out of our New York office (or San Francisco Bay Area). US Remote considered for exceptional senior candidates.
TOOLS YOU'LL USE Google Sheets, Confluence, Slack, JIRA. (Deliberately lean stack no CSP / automated success platform. You build the system.)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own deployment and adoption for >$500K ACV enterprise accounts through UAT, go-live, and steady-state.
- Drive corporate buyers through compressed, high-friction digital transformations on aggressive timelines.
- Segment sprawling client committees into functional workstreams (IT / integration vs. frontline adoption).
- Run a high-velocity friction-logging process: capture AI misclassifications in the field and convert them into clean, structured datasets for Product and Engineering.
- Co-Author H2's first reproducible Enterprise Onboarding & Health playbook in Confluence.
- Secure estimator adoption against entrenched manual, multi-system verification workflows.
- Own gross and net retention outcomes for your portfolio; surface and qualify expansion opportunities.
- Act as the trusted operational advisor and peer to enterprise operations executives.
