Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule
- Shift: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- On-call required, including up to 2 weeknights and 2 weekend days

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in Endoscopy with proficiency in procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, PEG tube insertion, bronchoscopy, esophageal stenting, and pain procedures
- Ability to perform moderate sedation
- Experience with EPIC charting
- Ability to admit and discharge patients in the perioperative area

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Participate in continuing education to enhance professional development

Compliance / Notes
- On-call requirements: 45 minutes call back time
- Float to partner facilities as needed
