Join our team in Staatsburg, NY, where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and oversee behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
• Develop, implement, train on, and oversee behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans.
• Maintain effective data collection systems, including data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and prepare individual and program-specific reports and documentation.
• Support daily operations within behavior service areas to promote program growth and service expansion.
• Utilize clear and effective communication to ensure coordination and collaboration among team members, while providing leadership within the Behavior Services Department.
• Participate in training initiatives and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related human services field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required (or imminent completion for Behavior Specialist candidates).
• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the human services field preferred.
