Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to join our San Antonio, TX team. This role requires at least 12 months of auto damage experience and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service while settling claims promptly and accurately. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate auto damage claims, including determining repair costs and settlement amounts. Communicate with policyholders, repair shops, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently. Use technical and industry knowledge to handle complex claims and make informed decisions. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Valid Auto Damage Adjuster/Appraiser license (*required*). Valid driver’s license meeting underwriting guidelines. Ability to maintain state and federal certifications and permits. Willingness to work flexibly in primary location; role may require on‑site, remote, or field work. Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills. Strong attention to detail, decision‑making, and communication skills, both verbal and written. High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $29.51 – $46.30 per hour ($60,000 – $75,850 annually). Sign‑on bonus of $1,500 for candidates with an active, in‑good‑standing adjuster license.
