Product Marketing Manager

CODAN US Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of IV therapy and infusion sets serving hospitals, integrated delivery networks, and medical device OEMs across North America and global markets.For over 50 years, CODAN has provided IV administration sets, specialty anesthesia sets, blood collection systems, custom manifolds, enteral feeding solutions, and other medical device products. We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support the growth and development of our medical product lines. This position combines technical knowledge, product management, market development, customer support, and commercial strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, customers, and distributor partners to identify market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, support new products, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical or engineering background and the ability to understand complex products, customer applications, competitive technologies, and market needs. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Duties Support the development and execution of product and market strategies. Develop a strong technical understanding of assigned products, applications, customers, and competitors. Identify market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities. Work closely with Sales and distributor partners to support product growth and customer adoption. Serve as a technical product resource for Sales, customers, distributors, and internal teams. Support new product introductions, product enhancements, product transfers, and commercialization activities. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer technical and application requirements. Support customer presentations, product demonstrations, product evaluations, sales meetings, and trade shows. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Analyze sales, market, customer, technical, and competitive data to identify opportunities. Prepare product analyses, presentations, business cases, and recommendations for management. Support product planning, forecasting, market assessments, and revenue-growth initiatives. Monitor industry, clinical, technological, competitive, and regulatory trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, product development, product marketing, or a related field. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience. Experience with product commercialization, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, or engineering.
