Shift A

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift B

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Shift C

• Friday - Sunday
• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Shift D

• Friday - Sunday
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Staff Performance Coordinator to support workforce operations at a large distribution and logistics facility in Dallas, TX.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, supporting employees, and partnering with leadership teams in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role plays a critical part in employee engagement, workforce management, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll support, safety programs, and client relationship management.

This is a seasonal opportunity with strong exposure to staffing, operations, HR, and workforce management.

What You'll Do

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workforce-related issues

✅ Build strong relationships with site leadership and workforce teams

✅ Conduct engaging new hire orientations and onboarding sessions

✅ Review and process onboarding documentation

✅ Track attendance, payroll, and workforce performance

✅ Coach employees on attendance and workplace expectations

✅ Support disciplinary actions and employee counseling when necessary

✅ Run reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and challenges

✅ Investigate workplace incidents and support safety initiatives

✅ Participate in client meetings regarding safety and operational performance

✅ Maintain compliance with company policies and workforce regulations

What We're Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of related work experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology, reporting tools, and workforce systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• HR, staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience
• Experience with payroll, attendance tracking, or employee relations
• Data analysis and reporting experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Communicate effectively in person and in writing
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Work in varying warehouse and outdoor weather conditions
