Senior Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
• Build and manage scalable recruiting processes to support rapid expansion across field and administrative teams
• Oversee workers’ compensation programs, insurance claims management, and return-to-work coordination
• Manage risk, safety-related HR processes, and collaborate with operations on incident reporting and claims resolution
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly within the construction industry
• Develop and strengthen company culture, retention strategies, and employee engagement programs
• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and consistency

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years' experience, with 10+ years preferred
• Proven HR leadership experience within construction, manufacturing, or a similar field-based workforce
• Strong experience handling workers’ compensation, insurance claims, and risk management processes
• Deep understanding of multi-site operations and labour-intensive environments
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations and building HR infrastructure
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capability
