Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions that target mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Provide education to patients and their loved ones regarding therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and home exercise plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress as per facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to facilitate coordinated care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory
