Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma - Phoenix South

AbbVie

AbbVie seeks a Clinical Account Executive for Multiple Myeloma in the Phoenix South territory. The role combines clinical expertise, strategic account planning, and sales execution to drive brand objectives and patient outcomes across hematology and oncology practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key account stakeholders
Deliver clinically compliant, customer-focused engagements demonstrating scientific expertise
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and territory performance
Maintain compliance with healthcare credentialing requirements and company policies

Requirements

5+ years pharma/biotech sales experience
Oncology/hematology experience required; Multiple Myeloma preferred
Competitive selling and account management skills
Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Persistence and track record of success in challenging environments
