Litigation Associate

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a Mid‑Level Litigation Associate to join our Austin office. The candidate should have a minimum of four years of commercial civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing. This position is located in our Austin office.
