Order Management & EDI Operations Specialist

Support the EDI & Order Management Supervisor by ensuring efficient handling of retail, distributor, e‑commerce, and international orders Process all EDI and non‑EDI orders accurately and on time, including consignment transactions, returns, credits, and shipment tracking Maintain order documentation, resolve EDI errors, manage compliance requirements, and ensure accurate international shipping details. Work closely with Accounting, IT, Shipping, Supply Chain, Sales, and external customers to resolve order issues and support account needs Maintain customer profiles, business partner data, tax exemption records, and payment‑related information across systems. Monitor daily reports, address shortages/overages/damages, and provide product knowledge to support sales and customer service teams Guide team members, participate in meetings, communicate professionally, and complete all assigned tasks and training to support department goals Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in a professional office setting; supervisory experience is helpful Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and written and verbal communication skills Requires general EDI knowledge, familiarity with common EDI transactions (810, 850, 856), and experience with ERP systems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; proficiency in MS Office is required Preferred: SAP experience (orders, sales, inventory), process development and documentation, and training or leading others in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ajulia Executive Search
