Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.

- Prepare and present commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages to stakeholders.

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or quality issues.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

- Proven experience in commissioning power plants, including thermal, hydro, or renewable energy facilities.

- Strong understanding of power plant systems, control systems, and electrical/mechanical equipment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

- Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
