Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management
CSL
CSL seeks an Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management to shape and lead our enterprise‑wide knowledge strategy across biotechnology and plasma‑derived therapy operations. In this role, you will design and govern knowledge repositories, taxonomies, and standards that enable teams worldwide to access, share, and reuse critical scientific and operational insights. Partnering with R&D, medical, regulatory, and commercial functions, you will drive adoption of KM platforms, lead change management, and define KPIs to measure impact. You will ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements while collaborating with IT to enhance systems, search, and user experience. This position offers the opportunity to advance life‑saving therapies through better-informed, faster decisions in a patient‑focused, inclusive global environment.
