Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer with strong Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, ReliaSoft, and EAM/SAP PM experience to support refinery reliability programs. The role will independently execute RCM studies, reliability modeling, maintenance strategy development, and integration of RCM outputs into SAP PM or equivalent EAM/CMMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RCM studies for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets.
- Perform FMEA, criticality ranking, maintenance task selection, RCFA, and bad-actor identification.
- Facilitate RCM workshops with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and client SMEs.
- Use ReliaSoft (Weibull++, BlockSim, XFMEA/RCM++) for reliability analysis, Weibull modeling, simulations, and RCM/FMEA documentation.
- Develop failure mode libraries and reliability metrics including MTBF, MTTR, and hazard rates.
- Translate RCM/FMEA results into PM task lists, maintenance plans, and maintenance strategies in SAP PM or equivalent EAM/CMMS.
- Align RCM strategies with SAP equipment hierarchy, Functional Locations, Technical Objects, master data, spares, and job plans.
- Prepare audit-ready RCM registers, FMEA worksheets, criticality assessments, maintenance strategy documents, and gap-analysis reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support knowledge transfer and coaching on RCM methodology and ReliaSoft as required.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on RCM and FMEA experience in refinery/process industry environments.
- Proficiency with ReliaSoft suite, including Weibull++, BlockSim, and XFMEA/RCM++.
- Experience with SAP PM or Maximo/EAM/CMMS integration.
- Knowledge of RCFA, criticality analysis, reliability modeling, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance optimization.
- Experience working with rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
