- Answer calls with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.
- Support our recruitment efforts by helping educate and coordinate Care Professionals.
- Monitor and respond to client and Care Professional needs with care and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure our ATS and scheduling softwares are up to date.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in our on-call rotation (additional compensation provided).
- Share in the responsibility of maintaining 100% service coverage through contingency planning.
- 2 years administrative office experience (required)
- A heart for service and a commitment to excellence
- Positive collaborative approach to solving problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Comfort with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel; scheduling software)
- Healthcare experience, a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (business experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Ohio background check requirements
- Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Office-based role with occasional field work
- Local candidates only (Akron & Medina, OH)
