Seeking a Nurturing, Experienced Nanny for Our 8-Month-Old

We're a warm family seeking an experienced nanny for our 8-month-old. We want someone passionate about infant development — reading, sensory play, tummy time, fine motor activities, and age-appropriate routines. You'll also help with light tasks: bottle washing, laundry, and keeping spaces clean and tidy. A clean, organized environment is important to us. We're looking for someone trustworthy with strong references and hands-on nanny experience (not daycare or family caregiving). Infant experience in the 9–18 month range. Starting part-time in July/August, moving to full-time in August/September. Please share your nanny experience, age groups, and length of each position.
