Join us if making your mark in an ever-changing, increasingly complex and competitive industry is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs Client Solution Manager you will be responsible for the identification, co-ordination of and managing solution delivery across all functional areas and product within STT. A successful Client Solution Manager must have a broad knowledge of asset management and solution architect principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every solution will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.Guide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflowsAssist in the design and delivery of a transformative end-to-end solution that will benefit both the Investment Servicer and Investment ManagerManage solution delivery coordination across functional areas, Inclusive of Front, Middle and Back OfficeSupport approaches to build scalable and standardized solutionsInfluence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planningConnecting teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutionsReview Client requirements and help define the target state solution; identify and document Solutions for IT deliverable, as well as products on the delivery roadmapEngage directly with the Client and across internal disciplines, acting as a continuous liaison point throughout execution to triage and facilitate the resolution of deliverablesIntegrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomesCreate the interface design, while gaining a deeper understanding of the Client's engagement protocols and requirements, making tactical decisions to bridge the time gap between current state and strategic implementationsDiscover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and peopleApply change, risk and resource management principles when neededEnsure Solution Management activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policiesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders through the solution design and delivery phasesWhat we valueLeadership and ability to bring together teams across various levels and disciplines within the organization Ability to maintain a strong, balanced relationship with the client, ensuring their key requirements are mt while maintaining alignment with standard, scalable solutionsOutstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills across all levels of management.
