Key Responsibilities: • As a Data Science Practitioner, you will be responsible for formulating, designing, and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business outcomes. • You will measure and justify the value of these solutions to ensure their effectiveness. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. • Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. • Develop and refine advanced models to enhance decision-making processes and business strategies. • Lead collaborative efforts to integrate artificial intelligence solutions across diverse teams and projects. • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities that support strategic objectives. • Support continuous improvement by evaluating model performance and implementing enhancements. This role requires being onsite 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Industry. • Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Science • High School Diploma / GED Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) is recommended. • Expert proficiency in Data Analytics and Generative Design is suggested.
