Check out our job openings and advance your career with a company that values its team members!LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801HOURS: Monday to Friday; Flexible HoursPossible Remote Work after 6 months in Office, Weekly office work required if remoteFULL TIME: Benefits EligibleHOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $24.00/hrIn this role you will:Work and resolve front end errors and payer rejections in ClearinghouseCollect reimbursements for services rendered by reviewing insurance carriers reject reports, EOB's and or correspondenceUse established protocols to contact providers and clients to resolve discrepancies in processed, partially paid and unpaid claims with timely appropriate follow up actionReview and adjust claims as needed and process refund and Medical record requests from mail received by the insurance companiesAll you need is:HS Diploma or Medical Billing Certification from an accredited school1-2 years of billing and insurance knowledgeKnowledge of ICD10, CPT and HCPCS codesMedical terminology1-2 years of A/R follow up and denialsKnowledge of ExcelBasic understanding of medical billing complianceOur Mission: Highest quality laboratory testingOur Passion: Helping people live better, healthier livesWhen you join Sunrise Medical Labs, you are well supported by everyone — from colleagues and management alike.
