HVAC Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering commercial projects throughout the five boroughs of New York City. We are looking for a true all-rounder with strong experience managing HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a well-rounded background across both piping and sheet metal systems. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects across the 5 boroughs Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, engineers, and suppliers Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules Manage procurement, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial construction Strong mechanical background with exposure to both piping and sheet metal Experience delivering projects in NYC preferred Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and project controls Bonus PTO/Sick Days 401(K) - 4% Company Match Health Insurance Long-term career progression APPLY today for immediate consideration! #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegiance Group
