HVAC Project Manager

Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk County) Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and well-established organization serving commercial, municipal, and industrial clients throughout Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on professional who can successfully lead HVAC installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC projects for commercial, county, and industrial facilities. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Oversee HVAC system installations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve design, construction, and installation challenges proactively. Manage the procurement of HVAC equipment and materials while negotiating cost-effective vendor agreements. Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of HVAC industry experience, preferably in project management, construction, or installation oversight. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications 7–10 years of overall HVAC industry experience. OSHA Certification or SST (Site Safety Training) Card.
