Job Opportunity

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional respiratory care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Number of Beds: 140
Patient Ratios: N/A
Unit Equipment: Hamilton C1, V60, Hamilton MR1
Documentation System: Meditech

Schedule Requirements

Flexible scheduling required, including 3 shifts of 12 hours per week and every other weekend.

Floating Policy

N/A

Patient Experience Requirements

The selected candidate will have experience working with adult patients in the NICU setting.

Hospital Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) preferred, but can be obtained after hire

Requested Skills and Qualifications

At least 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience
NICU experience is mandatory
Proficiency in CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 for ventilation

Required Certifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required.

Dress Code

All black scrubs are required.
