Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide multiple options for effective solutions.
- Perform fixes and installations in a efficient and effective manner
- Collect payment upon completion of work and confirmation of customer satisfaction
- Maintain company truck, tools, and material stock.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven experience as a residential service plumbing technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving various plumbing issues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
