Job Coordinator, Customer Service

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Job Coordinator and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and operations team, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and provide polite, professional assistance to customers.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Create and manage spreadsheets as needed.
Work face-to-face with customers, assisting them with selections and job specifications.
Expedite orders to the operations team, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Learn and grow within the business, gaining knowledge about natural stone countertops, design, fabrication, and installation.

Qualifications:

Strong phone communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in computer use, including data entry and spreadsheet creation.
Personable, with a customer-first mindset.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the business.
Interest in natural stone countertops and the design industry is a plus.
