As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in creating the delightful treats that Mango Mango Dessert is known for. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prepare and Present Desserts: Follow our approved recipes to create desserts, beverages, and fruit dishes that look as good as they taste.
• Ingredient Prep: Wash, cut, label, and store fresh ingredients to ensure everything is ready for peak service times.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check every order for quality, accuracy, and presentation before it reaches the customer.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cashiers and other team members to keep things running smoothly.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, wash dishes and utensils, and follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, label and date prepared items, and minimize food waste.

We’re searching for team members who are passionate about food and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery, or dessert preparation is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes accurately and ensure every dish meets our high standards.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to help out wherever needed.
• Dependability: Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
