Warehouse Operations Associate

Pay: $15-20 hourly

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by ensuring our installation teams have everything they need before heading to job sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and staging materials, tools, and equipment for the next day's scheduled installations
• Assisting installers with loading and unloading company vehicles
• Receiving incoming shipments and putting inventory away accurately
• Tracking materials leaving the warehouse and maintaining proper documentation
• Returning unused materials to inventory and coordinating overstock returns with the Installation Coordinator
• Keeping the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Helping maintain accurate inventory levels and supporting overall warehouse operations

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience
• Experience with warehouse inventory or material handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
