Our managers care deeply about us as people and empower us to utilize our talents and strengths.What you'll do:Provide positive coaching, encouragement and support to the teamProvide and communicate expectations and direction on delivery standardsUpdate and hold the team accountable to following all processesRegularly review, improve, and clearly communicate processesRecognize performance gaps and act with urgency and consistencyEnsure team has the training, tools, resources, and support neededCalculate and align staffing and schedule with weekly demandComplete and deliver quarterly performance reviewsAccurately and timely fill out root cause analysis reports, injury, and incident reportsCreate and sustain processes that always make Safety First:Accurately and timely fill out root cause analysis reports, injury, and incident reportsCreate, deliver and sustain safety training for delivery drivers and onsite movers.Manage and track all DOT compliance for all drivers.Participates on the LBR Safety Committee.Drives prevention of injuries on the team; Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properlyWhen you'll work: Monday-Friday 7am-4pmJob Skills Requirements:Foster teamwork and collaboration amongst team and business partnersExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills required (good operating knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel)Attention to detail.
