Senior Training Manager

To enhance the effectiveness of client-facing teams, the full-time Senior Training Manager will design and implement comprehensive training programs for Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, focusing on onboarding, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies. Key responsibilities Own and develop onboarding ramp plans for Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, ensuring timely productivity Create and maintain role-specific training on the full solution suite, enabling confident client conversations Design scenario-based learning experiences to prepare teams for complex client situations and operational skills training Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field 5+ years in training, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably in a TPA or healthcare technology environment Proven experience in designing impactful training that improves commercial metrics such as renewal rates and upsell success Hands-on experience with role-play and scenario-based learning design Certification in instructional design, coaching, or process management is a plus
