We’re hiring a  Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)  to provide skilled home health care services.You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and deliver care that helps patients recover safely and independently at home.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, and assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as needed
• Manage cases and provide follow-up visits
• Help patients maintain independence and manage their health at home
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations

As a  FULL TIME Palmeira Home Health Registered Nurse, you can expect:

• Competitive, bi-weekly pay: Starting at $80,000 annually (based on experience)
• FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.725 per mile
• Benefits: 401K, Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance with dental and vision coverage
• New Hire training: for 3-5 days
• SUPPORT: 24/7 Available Clinical and Intake Support

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona or a Multistate License
• Active BLS/ACLS certification
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Up-to-date immunization records (COVID-19, TB test, Flu, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to patient homes
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must have no health restrictions that would interfere with patient care
