Digital Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across the Benelux region, driving growth through effective product positioning and data-driven decision making. The position plays a key role in analysing market insights, optimising campaign performance, and leveraging digital channels to enhance customer engagement. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the role ensures consistent brand delivery and alignment with broader business objectives. Role Responsibility So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including: Develop and support the marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives to drive growth, market share, and profitability Manage and optimise the product portfolio through lifecycle analysis, market assessment, and pricing support Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned to business priorities and go-to-market strategies Leverage digital channels, marketing automation, AI, and analytics to improve engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness Generate and interpret market and customer insights using data, dashboards, and testing to identify opportunities and optimise performance Monitor campaign and commercial performance, tracking ROI and recommending data-driven adjustments to maximize impact Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution Support brand positioning and visibility through effective communications, content creation, and participation in events and partnerships The Candidate Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM or equivalent) Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution Knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automation) Experience with data-driven marketing, including performance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement Understanding of market research methods, customer insights, and segmentation Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
