Accountabilities Manage and scale Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns across multiple international markets with full ownership of revenue performance. Handle high‑budget advertising accounts, ensuring strong return on investment and measurable business impact. Build campaign structures from the ground up for new product launches and market expansion initiatives. Continuously optimize evergreen campaigns through hands‑on testing, ad creation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and performance monitoring. Conduct detailed keyword research and product feed analysis to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and product visibility. Analyze large datasets and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Drive sustainable user acquisition and long‑term revenue growth through data‑driven marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align paid acquisition strategies with business goals and profitability targets. Utilize automation and AI‑powered tools to improve campaign execution speed, operational efficiency, and scaling capabilities. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ecommerce performance marketing. Proven expertise in Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including managing large product catalogs with over 10,000 SKUs. Experience overseeing multi‑regional advertising accounts with daily budgets exceeding $20,000. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets, attribution models, and performance forecasting. Ability to translate commercial objectives into structured advertising strategies and measurable campaign outcomes. High level of ownership, accountability, and business‑oriented thinking. Comfortable working with automation technologies and AI‑driven marketing tools. Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
