Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge

Sares-Regis Group seeks a Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge to deliver exceptional resident experiences at a multifamily community. In this front-facing role, you’ll greet residents and guests, manage lobby and access control, and respond promptly to service requests. You will coordinate move-ins and move-outs, amenity reservations, package and key management, and maintain accurate resident records. The role supports property management with resident communications, events, lease administration support, and vendor coordination, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment that reflects Sares-Regis Group’s high service standards and community-focused culture.
