Job Description Summary
Join our SMA Client Service team, working alongside portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution teams to deliver exceptional service. We seek a motivated individual with experience in financial services, RIA, or Broker Dealer firms who is passionate about client service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Set up new accounts, handle change requests, and manage cash transactions for RIA and client accounts.
- Provide operational support and data entry for client onboarding and ongoing account activities.
- Engage with various client types including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.
- Deliver premium client communication through team email across all service channels.
- Address reconciliation issues such as delinked accounts, negative cash balances, and new accounts.
- Coordinate with custodians for service issues and generate necessary paperwork.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to manage client information.

- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
