This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality obstetric nursing care to labor and delivery patients. Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret data, and elevate concerns promptly. Administer medications and interventions per protocols and physician orders. Document care and maintain accurate, timely patient records in the EHR. Lead or assist in emergency obstetric situations with rapid decision‑making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update birth plans. Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postnatal care. Maintain safety and infection control standards in line with hospital policies. Analyze unit metrics and contribute to process improvements to meet targets. Assess and manage pain with safe, evidence-based strategies. Mentor and onboard new staff, supporting professional development goals. Experience / Qualifications Registered Nurse with state obstetric/gynecology privileges and current licensure. Valid RN license with Labor & Delivery or perinatal specialty certification (e.g., CNL, CNML). Minimum 2–4 years of labor and delivery nursing experience in a high‑acuity setting. Proficiency in fetal monitoring interpretation and escalation per protocol. Ability to lead emergency obstetric interventions and rapid decision‑making. Strong EHR documentation skills; experience with hospital information systems (e.g., Epic). Infection control compliance and patient safety certification (e.g., ACLS, PALS as applicable). Performance‑driven mindset with data‑driven approach to meet unit targets and metrics. BSN preferred; ADN considered with acute L&D experience plus demonstrated growth. Ability to mentor, onboard new staff, and contribute to professional development. What's in it for you?
