Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator

Description The Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator is accountable for project leadership of diverse and complex projects for the Planned Giving Team. These areas of leadership include operational improvement, event management, marketing management, strategic objectives and goals, and information technology projects. They manage all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor. The Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring their assigned projects are planned and executed in a collaborative and efficient manner and have goals and objectives that are in alignment with the Foundation, Swedish Health & Services, and integration across the health system. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree --or-- Equivalent education/experience 5 years of job related experience of progressive complexity in a development setting Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of healthcare or not-for-profit experience in a development setting Why Join Providence Swedish? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
