Process Engineer | Precision Metal Manufacturing | Roscoe, IL | $60,000–$125,000

You’ll turn customer blueprints and specifications into manufacturing processes that production can execute accurately and consistently. Your engineering decisions will determine how precision components are routed, machined, processed, and inspected while meeting demanding dimensional, material, and quality requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Review customer blueprints and specifications
• Create manufacturing travelers and process routings
• Translate GD&T requirements into manufacturing processes
• Define machining and fabrication operations
• Specify heat treatment and plating requirements
• Support metallurgy and material-processing decisions
• Troubleshoot production and process issues
• Maintain accurate manufacturing process documentation
• Support compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements

What You’ll Need

• Process engineering experience in aerospace or precision metal manufacturing
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Experience creating manufacturing travelers or process routings
• Knowledge of machining, metallurgy, and metal fabrication
• Experience with heat treatment and plating
• Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001

Preferred

• Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, or a related field
