Job Title: Pharmacist - Home Infusion

Pay: $125,000-$145,000 depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5 pm) Weekends as needed

Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care and deliver top-quality pharmacy services that improve patient outcomes.


As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
• Evaluating and monitoring drug therapy for home care patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Providing safe and effective pharmacy services in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Reviewing patient information and supporting the development of individualized pharmacy care plans
• Counseling patients and caregivers on medication use and therapies to ensure safety and adherence
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain high service quality
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring delivery of quality patient care


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or Master's preferred)
• Current Pharmacist license in Florida
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work effectively within a healthcare team
• Flexibility with scheduling and dependable attendance
• Home infusion, clinical, or retail pharmacy experience considered a plus
