Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. This is a remote position. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Harvey & Metairie, LA. Our office is open 9:00AM. I have been a State Farm agent since 2014. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Tulane University. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
