Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Family Centered Treatment Specialist to provide in‑home and community‑based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement family‑centered treatment plans, deliver individual and family counseling, and provide crisis intervention and skills training. You will collaborate closely with schools, agencies, and community partners, document progress, and ensure culturally and linguistically responsive care. Join a mission‑driven, multidisciplinary team focused on compassionate, client‑centered services and meaningful outcomes for families.
